Synopsis

A musical panto version of the old tale, updated in time-honoured fashion
with contemporary and local references.

Mayhem in China as the wicked Abanazar searches for the magic lamp with its great and powerful genie.

But first, he needs help from the hapless Aladdin. All the familiar characters are there, the beautiful Princess Maya, magical, mystical genies, Widow Twankey and ditzy Wishy Washy! And of course, there is the evil Abanazar with a whole lot of attitude! Will Abanazar find the lamp and be all powerful, or will Aladdin spoil his magical plans? Join the chaos and hilarity as we all embark on a fun fairytale ride.
