Synopsis

Mates, by Jo Musaphia, a New Zealand playwright, is a domestic comedy about marital boredom.

Tony, bored, lonely, scared, believes he is losing Barbara to an obsessive computer sales job that offers more excitement than he does.
 
Tony ’s best mate Dave’s solution is a romantic dinner for them, but his motives are complicated and cause unexpected complications.
